What is Garden of Arcana?
Garden of Arcana is an online tarot and astrology service. It offers a free three-card tarot reading and paid tarot, palm, birth chart, numerology and love compatibility readings. Instant readings are automated and ready in a few minutes; expert readings are written by a person on our team within 24 hours. Each reading is a one-off payment in US dollars through PayPal, from any country.
How long does my reading take?
An Instant reading is ready a few minutes after you complete the form. An expert reading is delivered within 24 hours of completing the form (not of payment), or within 6 hours if you add Priority.
Who writes the expert readings?
A person on our team who specializes in tarot, astrology, palmistry or numerology. Each reader uses a pen name and an illustrated portrait to protect their privacy, and signs the readings they write. You can meet them on Our readers.
How does an Instant reading work?
It is an automated reading: our system generates it in a few minutes from the traditional meanings of the cards in the Garden of Arcana deck, your question and the details you share. It is not written by a person. If you would rather have a reader write it, choose Expert, or upgrade your Instant reading to Expert by paying the difference.
What happens to the photos of my hands?
They are used only for your reading. When we receive them we strip their metadata (including location), store them encrypted, show them only to the reader assigned to you and delete them automatically 90 days after delivery.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: if an expert reading is not delivered on time, you get your money back. If the reader needs more information from you, the clock pauses until you reply. Instant readings and downloads already delivered are not refundable, except in case of a technical error.
Can tarot predict the future?
Our readings are for entertainment and well-being, a way to reflect on where you are right now. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and we do not make predictions about health, death or pregnancy.
